The task was: to bring down the printer counter (it is 10-20 minutes of work). First, they charge too high a price (considering the work, and compared to competitors). Second, they said it would be ready the same day. As a result: the work was done in 4 days. Third, the attitude to customers - wants the best. Pros: as a result, made a small discount, but the losses for lost time are not equal to the discount. For an unsuccessful attempt to correct the situation 2 stars, not 1. Maybe someone will like this non-customer attitude, but definitely a person who respects his time - will not use such services. I hope they will work on improvement in the future.

I gave the phone for repair (act26381), changed the screen module with a frame and the case (tel: xiomi note 4x), when I came to pick up the screen there was a protective glass, they said a gift! Having examined the screen, the screen was dull with a yellow tint, the master assured that the screen original. When I came home, having removed their "gift" on the screen, I found a dead pixel, half of the screen's functions did not work (shades, reading mode), the screen turned out to be a cheap fake. Having given at the same time: a display with a frame - 890 g, a back cover-290 g and work 350 g. I highly do not recommend this service center, the qualifications of the master leaves much to be desired. One money was returned, but the week was wasted.

Handed over for re-repair, on the same day as I took it from the repair, the laptop - because after the previous repair the power supply on the motherboard was damaged by the master keyboard 🤦‍♂️❗ Where is my working laptop, how long can I wait and repair it, and what excuses for phone - then on Monday last, then on Friday will be, and today is Monday ❓ In the re-repair it is your third week, without a laptop, I, given the previous repair, for almost a month. You probably want to be visited by a group of people accompanied by police officers⁉️ And you are also called a certified lenovo service center, but it is unclear where and how you got it ... P.S. After I finally wait for my laptop, I will add a comment on the situation and not only - if that's the case. GOT SUCH A TREATMENT
