02/12/2020 bought jbl headphones, when wearing it turned out that one of the headphones gives out interference. In connection with the work, he could not immediately apply and therefore brought them back on 02/17/20. The employees accepted and said that in the service center they must confirm their integrity and then they can return the money. The first time I hear this, how many returned this was not. For example, in Brain, the center was taken right away and I received the money in a day, since I paid with a card. After I passed, the next day they sent SMS that the goods were accepted and the answer will arrive in 2-3 days. But not after 3 or even 4 days there was no answer. What can you do with headphones so much time ?! Therefore, I turned to the store myself, they again told me to wait for an answer. There was no answer. 02/25/2020 I turned again to the hotline number and said that the manager of the service center will contact me. Nobody contacted me like that. I had to call again and apply again! Why should I do this at all ?! They said WAIT for more !!!! And that the headphones arrived at the service center only on 02.25.2020! How, if I passed them on 02.17.2020 and where they walked for 8 days? How much longer should I wait for the return of the DS? And why does no one contact me or provide me with any information? I do not recommend contacting this store.

The best hardware store I've ever bought. My favorite. The only downside is the sometimes limited range in some positions and brands.
