I really liked the service - competent, customer-oriented, friendly. Well, the choice of equipment is excellent. P.S. the review concerns the Eldorado store in the Plasma shopping mall. Regarding the store on the street. Gogol - did not like either the service or the range.

There are many sales consultants, little sense. They do not know the products, they do not know how to submit. The goods are not packed in the original packaging. Something is not clean ...

An ordinary store with the same product and prices as elsewhere. But the service of the consultant made me very happy for 5+, the most accessible and most importantly understandable consultation on the product😊👍🏼 But at the checkout, when they asked me to sell that product to me, the cashier shouted aggressively how she got sick of it ... everyone has problems, but I didn't like it at all, especially since her problems do not concern me in any way! For this - ⭐️

I don't even know where to start. One star is a very high rating for this store. Bought air conditioning. I have to say about the professionalism of the seller - we had Yaroslav. A person who has no idea about working with the buyer and does not understand anything in the product that sells. As for the service, so here is a complete failure. I paid the money and have to contact the master to have the air conditioner installed for a few days without answering. Gentlemen! Is this my job ???? Who should be responsible for this ??? I am a buyer !!! I bought and that's all I have to worry about. Manager Andrew knows nothing and does not control! Hey !!! Either tidy up the staff, or close this mess and don't be ashamed. I definitely do not recommend this mountain - shop, go around it on the tenth road!
