Nice store. Sellers cannot be trusted. They try to sell something all the time. 2020 made 3 purchases in this store. I recommend taking phones only from sealed packaging, which is opened in your presence.

Bought a phone, less than 14 days as the phone broke, refused to replace the store, repaired for three weeks, worked for a month broke again and the store again said in replacement, although the consumer's rights say that should be replaced with a new one I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP, if required replacement then they refuse. although by law they must replace

Described the problem specifically, as offered, but three days passed and nothing changed! Unless they just called, asked again and all. I will sue because I can't agree otherwise! In other stores, the sellers themselves offer discounts and compensations in such cases, and in ALLO they said: - take it and use it that way. That is, with a defect. A month later, after another return from the service center of an unrepaired phone, they called and asked if I was satisfied with the conversation with the sellers of the store, and the fact that the phone was not repaired in three and a half months is their norm. I do not advise anyone to contact the ALLO store !!!
