Often there are no books that you want to read, but employees immediately give a business card with a site on which you can order a book. The choice is large, genre plates are hung everywhere, so you can go to the shelf that you need. As I have noticed, they have new items, but they are being bought up very quickly and again they have to be ordered on the site. In fact, I would recommend the Book Club, there are club cards with discounts and making an order is much easier and more pleasant.

The administrator rudely refused to exchange the purchased book (make a refund), after 30 minutes. after payment, she said that its directors are not interested in Ukrainian laws and Consumer Rights ... That day I bought 7 books at once (there were discounts), I paid for one copy at a 30% discount, and after 30 minutes. (when I came for the others) I found the same copy with a 50% discount and cheaper, because I take a lot of expensive books and asked to return or exchange that one book, and why didn’t I immediately say that there is the same, but cheaper (in the program it is visible ) The administrator was simply rude, openly saying that they did not comply with the laws in this store and the director refused to accept the book by phone! P.S. they inflate prices two, three times, and paste discounts of 50% or 30%, I have repeatedly torn off a new price tag on top of the old (cheap) ...
