As always, a lot depends on the staff. The situation was different before, but as of now - be prepared that they will not want to communicate with you in Ukrainian, citing something like "Poltava never spoke literary Ukrainian" please switch to Ukrainian). Unfortunately, the mask is also worn reluctantly. As for the pizza itself - I would rate it "average". Sometimes it turns out well, sometimes you feel unbaked dough (so I recommend asking immediately to bake well).

The pizza is "naked", the dough is not tasty. The site is generally strange, you cannot order through it. The third time I managed to get on the phone ... a strange girl-operator ... And the second was generally nonsense ... at first she needed cash, to which I replied that there was no cash and asked to take the terminal ... I was told that there was no terminal, pay by card. Then, I became interested, with the words "okay, I'll find the cash" my order was accepted and said goodbye, but after catching up I had a question (not the essence of the question), and after answering it I was told that I SHOULD make a payment to the card ... Where is the logic I did not understand. Either cash is needed, then just straight to the card "otherwise I won't start making pizza"! I had to look for a pen and write a number ... some kind of game! I do not advise and will not order any more! Not organized, rude, not competent (I never heard the composition of the pizza)! But a bunch of points stumbled! Pay attention to quality, not quantity! In the meantime, except for "fu!" I will not say anything!

Піца смачна, але хотілось би більше інгредієнтів. Замовляли по телефону, привітні люди приймали замовлення, можна домовитись на який час забирати замовлення

I am a regular customer Mama Pizza at 12 a Sacco St., I read the reviews. SOME WRITE BAD, OTHERS ARE VERY TASTY. BUT PEOPLE KIND BUT PEOPLE CANNOT BE ALL THE SAME.
