Queues are incredible in this department, and constantly, whenever you come. The box office is just one and of course the people want to get there the most, most of them are retirees who pay for communal services. There are 8-10 chairs to wait in the department, but there are a lot of people and they will still have to stand. There are also two or three terminals, so this is a plus. There are three specialists, but not all of them are always accepted, there are also queues for them, although not like at the box office. If you value your time, it is better to go to another bank, especially in 5-7 minutes walk there is a choice, and the fees for transfers and payments are the same. The only plus is that the ATM is on the street and works around the clock

Cash desk is open from 9:00 to 17:00, lunch break from 12:30 to 13:30. At the checkout, the queue moves quite quickly.

Whenever you hadn't come in, there is always a queer line. Both at the checkout and at the “specialist's table” one person each work. Although there are jobs. Because of this, in principle, "queues" are formed. I believe that the assigned jobs of this bank branch are used irrationally

Yes, the queue to the experts is the problem. Often, only one specialist accepts (unlike other departments), but if you need a self-service terminal, then there is no problem. There is here and pochtomat.
