What a poor service this bank is. The worst of them all. It was a huge mistake to decide to issue the card and use it. I will explain why. EVERY PAYMENT (replenishment of the account, payment in the institution, purchases in the store for PERSONAL FUNDS (NOT CREDIT)) must be confirmed BY VIBER WITH A DOCUMENT (via video communication with bank employees). It's just a crash. I hope this service will never be available anywhere else. The card was blocked and thrown to hell.
