Hello, I want to leave a review about Oschadbank, I had to pay a receipt for VNO. First, I was not spoken to in Ukrainian. Secondly, they tried to deceive me, gave me the rest incorrectly and I only noticed when I left the bank. Returning to the branch, she turned to the bank employee in window number two, she asked indifferently what had happened. I explained the situation that she did not give me the rest correctly, she said that I lost them myself. The administrator came, counted the cash register, returned the balance to me, did not even apologize. Be careful there you can be deceived.

Yes, I had to stand in line for about an hour on the street (and what did you want, in quarantine). But when I entered, I saw the working environment, everything was in business. They paid attention to my question and advised, the best option, which I am satisfied with.

Today I wanted to withdraw money from the card, it was around 17:05, but outside the bank, the ATM knocked out an error, after which I decided to go and see if there was another terminal or not. I saw only one inside, pulled the door handle and it was open, went inside where the terminal was, and there the woman had just withdrawn the money and left, I also decided to take it off quickly, BUT THE GUARD WASN'T GIVEN ME TO DO IT, who started to kick me out building and being rude + a mask on it naturally was not, I promised him that I would call the hotline and leave a review, he replied leave what you want, I don't care. I called the hotline, where they told me that it was not working hours, so we will not accept your application, although if it was not working hours, then the door should already be closed. Then he began to tell me further that I was also naughty, and then kicked out, in response I heard that it was 5:05 pm so we could not help. There is NO MORE desire to use this bank, they do not take into account the CLIENTS at all.
