The base is located in a very remote place from the village of Stepanovka, ie. to the nearest shopping place about a kilometer. Deluxe rooms are normal. But residents of summer houses need to use a common toilet, which is very bad smell, and a summer shower, not at all equipped for this (no shelves, hooks, a crane at a height of 2m, a shower is not removable)
