According to the established tradition, I spend the waiting time for the bus in the smoking area, since there is not a single smoker here). Unfortunately, in the waiting area, everyone sits on top of each other and smokes. Nobody controls anything. At first glance, it is clear that drivers and employees support this situation, and by their example they show that you can smoke anywhere but not where it should be.

Clean as for a place located next to the market. There is a terminal. There is a waiting room. Very helpful and polite staff. I had to fool the staff due to the situation (a possible exchange of a ticket, choose a route, travel time, decide on a transfer, etc.), all this with short breaks took about forty minutes. And there was never a single discontent on the face of the cashier. Calm voice, confident answers, understanding look and benevolent smile. Thank you very much, good luck, dear!
