Thermal waters Kosino

The good: Great and spacious and unique hot mineral pools outside. Fun designs! Amazing saunas! Great themes and a different kinds. Now for the bad: For a place that tries to be the best in thermal waters, just charge a little more and give everyone free towels! It will make things more sanitary. No towels in saunas is not good. More water fountains would be good, especially ones that aren’t going to spread COVID more. Outdated bathrooms! They are old, don’t smell good and need a desperate refresh. Shoes. Just make people take their shoes off before going into the locker room, it will be a cleaner place. The front desk staff would not permit my girlfriend step into the lobby to grab her wallet to pay, she had to call me as if she was a thief or going to run away even though we were relaxing in the lobby. The customer service is just not where it needs to be. Finally the prices for the rooms seem quite high for the value.

We have just visited the place and were very happy with the sauna and thermal pools quality. However, showers & bathrooms definitely need some maintenance - no hooks or space for towels in the shower area. Additional charge for the towels and robes seems unreasonable considering the price they charge for the entrance.

Kosino thermal waters itself is one of my favourite places to visit with my business colleagues and family. I am always recommend it for visit. Usually it has very high quality with hotel and swimming pools plus very good kitchen in Charda. Now what I don’t like and why it is not 5 Not all saunas working periodically and they are not in so good conditions as other things there. Is it too hard to make it perfect? At least for the money you are paying for hotel (one of the most expensive hotels in this region. Hotel is too expensive no discounts for groups or period. It is more interesting to stay in hotel outside and came for 3 hours, because of HUGE difference. 1 week here is same as almost month in turkey hotel even with flight

Good looking aqua park ,but some of it's components are poorly executed. I have hit my heel on one of the slides.

Nice place but whit a lot of people
