I wanted to talk about the purchase in this store Svalyava. We bought a chain as a gift to a child for 1 year. We were assured that it is of high quality, whole. Imagine our disappointment when putting on a child after a few minutes the chain was stretched, wrinkled and one link fell out. This is despite the fact that only the baby took it in his hands and looked. We were not given any guarantee when buying, they only assured that everything was of high quality. The next day, we went to the store, but they told us that we ourselves were to blame, that it couldn’t happen so that the child himself would stretch the chain, accuse us of everything.
