The bank, of course, is powerful, but it is impossible to call it modern. In addition, we had to deal with the inadequate behavior of the employees of the Vyshynske branch. (after the dismissal of the head - Olga Rybak) This review is about my positive impression from the last visit. So, it was created by the employee Perfilov Evgeny Vasilyevich. He serves legal entities. He is an attentive and polite person, the conversation showed respect and desire to help with the issue. He emphasized the benefits of the new mobile application and helped install it immediately. He really managed to "break my old feelings" about the bank as a whole !. I have experience working with different banks, but I have never received such an individual service anywhere else. The staff is highly qualified, knows their job 100%.
