For a year of non-intensive driving had to spend an additional 30 thousand UAH. on details and repairs. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

From the service, antifreeze replacement and preventive diagnostics. It's been 2 hours, the antifreeze is still in the unopened canister. Always accurately determine the breakdown and advise quality details !!! I practically don't see repair specialists (masters), I don't know what they do. The quality of their work is reliable, I do not address the same issues. They do it well and conscientiously. What I did not like. Not all parts are available, some of them waited long enough, there were cases when the parts came but did not fit the car, although I was present when ordering them from consultants in the catalog by number. The wrong number was sent to the warehouse and the wrong detail came. The document issued does not contain any details of Ford, Autovinn, or any other company, just a piece of paper that has no legal force, does not indicate the responsible person. In the event of a serious car breakdown, it is impossible to prove the fault of the master or service. Warranty is given only on original spare parts. There is no guarantee for all other spare parts (while other repair services provide letters of guarantee, indicating the company and signed by the responsible person, and for work and spare parts are not original). In general, the staff is friendly, friendly. Prices are reasonable. Cheaper than other officials, more expensive than in garages :). The quality of work is excellent !!! Despite these shortcomings, I always choose the Ford service. Who will try once, will be constantly here to repair the car)))) I wish that your car did not break!
