Excellent store with a wide variety of choice and a delight to browse through. A true gem to the city of Vinnitsa. Biggest issue is the staff who treat children in a shabby manner and spoil the whole experience of shopping. One in particular Ms. Anna Kanonenko who works at the bastilya branch. Very rude and downright shameful behaviour to kids, bad mouthing them in front of other patrons!! Please remember we visit your store for kids and all items are for them. They are your clients and need to be treated well. Human element of a store is so important to the overall experience. Please try and train your team to treat children as patrons and not PESTS!

Notebooks, exercise books, drawing block, all sorts of paper, everything you need for students or creativity. Also, dishes and toys. Everything at a good price.
