The most terrible service in my life. It takes 40-50 minutes to service one person. Therefore, if you come, say, an hour before lunch or closing and are not second in line, you can safely leave. Managers are rude, do not answer questions. Only the cash register is working properly. Do not go here and do not use the hello service at this branch.

I came to the office on Petropavlovskaya 10 minutes before the break, the manager got up and left to serve another client, while refusing to serve me, arguing that they had lunch and they would not have time to serve me. As an employee of a bank (another), I am simply ashamed of such an attitude towards clients.
