Before New Year's Eve, I received a call from a bank employee, asking me to close my account, as I rarely use a card, and the card is charged monthly by the bank. Since I do not live in Rivne, I spent my time and spent money on trips to the ward. A bank employee checked the status of my account, she herself indicated to me the amount that I had withdrawn through the cashier in the branch, so that there would be no balance in the account, because only the account with zero is closed. I gave my card to a bank employee, she cut it and gave me two papers to sign, which kept my accounts closed. I repeatedly asked whether the account was closed and the card was canceled. The employee assured that everything was closed. Nobody gave the document that confirms it to my hands. And here on 04/01/2020 I get an SMS on my phone, that I was again charged for account maintenance and that I was already owed 9 UAH. The call to the hotline of the bank did not resolve, the operator informed me that the account was not closed, because it left 1 UAH. You can only solve this problem by contacting the office again. That is, again, I have to spend my time and money to go there. Since this is a public holiday, the office will be open only from 8 January. I don't know how this will end. Therefore, I appeal to all KEEP AWAY FROM THIS DOG OFFICE !!! I have a card of Polish Getinbank, Privatbank Gold, Monobank and there were no problems. And then the devil pulled me to contact this shed.
