The branch of MTB Bank, a new player in the market of banking services in the city of Rivne, opened on the street on July 16 next to another large bank with the letter "O". The department has a cash desk with adequate exchange rates, which, according to employees, works without lunch. It was not possible to assess the quality of services in a way that specialists could not issue and issue a credit card for the first time. And for the second time, too. And a week later they couldn't ... I don't know, unfortunately or fortunately))) I'm sure it's not the fault of the girls from the department because I was the first to want to become a client and get their card. At the entrance there is an ATM, which issues cash on the cards of other banks quite generously, albeit in small denominations. In general, I guessed that this marginal bank was founded to serve specific individuals, not ordinary people. So if you pass by - pass - do not waste your time.
