The head of the bank is an incompetent woman. Does not fit the position. The bank is a mess.

The service is quality. But here the tariffs and infrastructure at the bank are disappointing, at this time when other competing banks are trying to be "closer" to the customer (in every respect), Aval is moving away. There are few ATMs, it is not realistic to replenish the card, there is one deposit terminal - and it does not work :). And the rest of the service is only through the cashier. And if a person is not able to visit it, as I do, at work from 9-18! For today [2018.01.05] tariffs for card services are simply "space" for all the crazy commissions, even for withdrawing from their own ATMs, a fee of 120 UAH. Here are the people from the bank GIVE ANSWER, why should a person bring money into your bank so that the money would be less (because of tariffs) instead of multiplying them, or at least adding convenience to using them ???

Great queues, the card will be issued after 3-5 days !!! There was a message that there is a card the next day, came to pick up and again the queue!
