Because she has a communal house, and it's been a long time ... And a good department with a friendly cashier on Kyivska 42 was liquidated. Sorry!

Hello, I am very sorry that I used this bank, today (15.06.2020) I got into an unpleasant situation, asked the cashier to change my money (new 200 UAH for the old one) because the new 200 is not accepted by the terminal, and I urgently needed to transfer money on privatbank card, the cashier refused me and said "if you pay from our terminal then I will change your money, otherwise no" if you transfer money from a savings bank to privatbank will be a big commission, and I have little money and time. And she didn't pay attention to me for 5 minutes, thank you Sberbank for opening my eyes to her inhumanity!
