I was not warned about this. The consultants of the real "Robots" are trained only to say what they were taught. I also didn't like the fact that after closing my account, I was further "silenced" by a credit card! But I have no desire to cooperate with you anymore ... Here is an example: Once my colleague had a problem with this bank, I did not believe it. Carried out a transaction to pay for computer equipment on Friday, then on Monday, he was charged interest almost in the cost of production. Nightmare, the company almost sued the bank, but agreed on 20 percent though! I do not recommend this Bank for Business! Because they are in Chocolate, and you .... Go to '' Blacklist ''

Today I received a salary card in this department. First became a client of the bank. I want to note that the bank has implemented a very convenient service, when at the entrance you register near the terminal, enter the phone number, show the number in the queue on the terminal, and also immediately receive an SMS to the phone with the number in the queue. A couple of minutes of waiting and the display immediately shows which consultant to approach. Honestly, I'm from a small town, and I see such a system for the first time, although in Portugal it was implemented 12 years ago, when I lived there. The atmosphere and interior are comfortable, the staff is courteous and helps every client, even harmful grannies)) Special thanks to the specialist Julia, who gave me the card and told me in great detail about the terms of the agreement with the bank, as well as the possibilities of a credit card and the Alfabank Ukraine application. I can only compare with mercy and private, and I'll tell you Alfabank - today is my favorite !!!
