Today I turned to the bank with a request to close my account. I live 200 km from the city where there is a nearest branch. I drove 5 hours one way. Upon arrival at the bank in Rivne, which is located at 32 Miscavige, I was told to close the card debt through the cashier. The manager gave a receipt. I stood the line, paid, I went back to her, she sat for about 20 minutes, poked something with the mouse, and then she says, there is still a need to pay extra. Again, very, again the ticket office. I pay, and I see that in PUMBONLINE I have extra money on the card, respectively, I can’t close my account. I go to the manager, and there another client is already sitting in a chair. Wait says 10 min. Ok, I'm waiting. 30. I go to her again, the client is still in the chair. I ask, how long should I wait? And then this sh ** ra speaks to me in such an irritated voice, why you didn’t come up to another manager, I'm not alone here! I say you couldn’t say it before !? I have a bus in half an hour, which travels once a day! And you still need to get to the station! Ok, I’m sitting next to the manager, a man is coming for me, and this manager already tells me, I have a client! Although I was the first to come! Then I start talking not very affectionately with them, demanding that I close my account and call my superiors, and they tell me, even without looking at the questionnaire, we won’t close you today, come tomorrow! And there’s no boss either! Will be in an hour! As a result, I left for the second time with nothing, spending a day, nerves and money in the empty! Unfortunately, the manager’s name was not remembered, but the sediment was not pleasant. I do not recommend this bank to anyone, and I wish to finish all contact with him as soon as possible. By the way, in the spring, with the opening of the account, in the same department, there was the same hemorrhoids, the first time they didn’t open it, I had to go to spend the night with my relatives (it’s good to be in the neighboring region, which is closer than home) and then one more day they’ll get smashed with this account !!! It is a pity there are no "0" stars.

There was a card. They called from the office and, since I am such a good customer, they said they suggested replacing my card with the same one, only with more favorable conditions (a smaller percentage for the service and without insurance which was required at the time of receipt of the katochka with installments). They reset the card (I had to run to the store to buy at least something, take it out of the plus and only then through the cashier to zero) and were told to come in three days, pick up a new one. Three days after filling out the questionnaire, the presentation of documents and a lot of questions sounded "You fit!" And come next Thursday, may have arrived early and have not yet been processed. The following Thursday, the situation repeated itself, again the loss of time, the filling of any canoes and “You’ve seen it!” And the most interesting thing is that without any explanation. Rare sharashkina office. Such delirium and insanity anywhere never met. Whenever possible, I strongly recommend changing this to any other bank and do not recommend using the services of FUIB. What is maintenance, what is the attitude towards customers below the baseboard.

Saturday and Sunday department does not work. Although there are queues, but the service is qualitative.

Service is lousy! 2 people serve. Long. The queues are huge. Some other 90s-style types skip the line !!! Change the service system! Urgently!
