Personally, we like the range, quality and service of staff. always convenient and comfortable while choosing a gift, the child looks at the toys and the staff never quarrels that the children press the buttons and touch the toys, for that respect!

It would seem that such a large chain is probably the most popular among toy stores. She ordered a toy as a surprise gift and asked to add a postcard or sign a business card - and anything to personalize. And there is no such "super difficult" service. It's a pity, next time I will choose a store with a greater focus on the customer
