I contacted this company only for market testing and no more. The only ones who calculated repairs on a car by ninety percent. Found out through consultation with local craftsmen. The price of services is lower than other companies, which is important. In the future, I will try to cooperate if they treat the order of a car and maintenance of repairs in the same way, not only in words, but also in deeds.

I do not recommend using the services of this company. The only positive thing is that they helped to choose a car, to guide them in choosing. And that's all. Then there were only continuous failures at each stage. From the date of purchase to the arrival of the car at the port in Ukraine, 3 months have passed (without 2 days). The car just stupidly stood in the port of NY USA before shipment for a month without any movement. We were waiting for the additional load of a classmate car into a container, I suppose. They began to scratch only after the high I raised. And, quite likely, they were booked at the cheapest rate. As a result, the transit time is under 50 days, with the standard 35 days from NY. Justified by the covid quarantine, which allegedly affected the transit port in Italy. No documentary evidence of force majeure was provided. The second fakap got out already before customs clearance in Odessa. In fact, the car turned out to be a year older, which, accordingly, attracted an increase in customs duties. These are the "specialists" of this office so "checked" the car before buying. To the credit of this "firm", they admitted their fault and compensated for the overpayment of customs duties. But you need to contact such "specialists"? Then came massive trash. They missed the line at the service station for repairs, then they were looking for another service station, there was no time to be the first ... By correspondence with these "specialists" you can shoot a thriller in the Viber. They did not disdain outright lies, on which they were caught. Guys, they don't behave like that with clients. I would also like to highlight the practice of sudden emergence of "hidden" payments that were not taken into account before the client made a decision to buy a car through this "company". You will learn this later about the evacuators from the port, etc. When they have your car as a hostage, and you have nowhere to go. And so in the beginning there is a beautiful plate "total cost", a turnkey car, yeah ... I understand that when repairing a car, you can allow an increase in the budget, because if you do not carry out a troubleshooting on a live car, you can make a mistake and leave something out. But, hidden and unexpected payments are a scam. And to steam wipers on a car at a price 2 times higher than in stores - I don't even know how to comment ...
