I bought a Mazda three. Lucky to buy cheap during the fall in prices (winter). American cars have their own two hundred and a department for spare parts. Manager Denis selects a car for your needs. What I noticed - there were no cars in poor condition, only high-quality options were checked and advised. Delivered to the port in 2 months, then delayed for several days for additional purchase of spare parts and repair for a hundred, because they have a queue. Took the car in Kiev in excellent condition like new. I am glad that I am the second owner of the car and everything is clean with the documents. Thanks to the company for the excellent services.

I decided to write a review about the American Avto company. To begin with, I would like to write that this is purely my personal opinion and I do not urge anyone to listen to it. I decided to order a car from the USA. I came to the Odessa office beforehand and discussed everything with a manager named Denis. I gave a full description of the car I wanted to order. (BMW 535 XI, 2014 - 2015). I was convinced by the employees of the American auto company that we would fit into the budget of $ 15,000, which initially seemed strange to me, I trusted the words of the "professionals". I was also convinced by the company's employees that there is no need to make any deposit, they will select a car and only after they have found a suitable option, we conclude an agreement and go to the auction. I began to receive variants of cars at the auction in the messenger, which did not meet my criteria. After several unsuccessful rebounds, Denis began to hint that we need to give a deposit and then we will continue to work, but I reminded him of his promises. After that, he began to send cars less often, also less often to respond to messages, or even forget to answer. I can add that I did not receive clear answers to the questions I asked about insurance and under the contract, I noticed that the company's employees in every possible way avoided answering additional questions about insurance and under the contract, this only indicates that people tried to get away from the answer, or simply not legally competent. At the time when I contacted the company on the site there was an advertisement of $ 500 for services and if you come within some time (I don't remember exactly) or leave your phone number for another call (which I did but no one called back), then there will be another 100 discount $. I did not specifically remind the employees about this discount and wanted to check how honest they are with their customers. Further, realizing that Denis does not show due attention to me as a potential client and also noticing his incompetence in legal matters, I asked to change the manager and asked for Alexander (this is the second "professional" from the Odessa office). To which I received the answer that Alexander refused to work with me for ethical reasons, they say, he does not want to take over clients from a colleague. Sounds funny. This once again proves the lack of professionalism of the company's employees. Then I called the main office in Kiev with a complaint and asked to appoint me a normal manager. The complaint was answered that it happens that the client does not find a common language with the manager. It seemed strange to me such a response from the head office, this should not be in a priori, how to understand it, you are a service sector, and no matter how capricious the client is, this should not affect the work of employees, this proves the lack of professionalism of the company's employees 3 times. But all the same, I decided to give the last chance to this company and agreed to talk to the manager Maxim from the head office in Kiev. As usual, everything started very well, Maxim immediately took up a new client with enthusiasm. But the story repeated itself, about the same as with Denis. Maxim generally accused me of not being serious almost on the second day, then when I asked questions about insurance and additional questions under the contract, he advised me to open Google and find all the answers there. What is it ? What's that called? This proves 4 times the non-professionalism of American Avto employees. How can I sign some kind of contract and give money into the hands of people who, at the initial stages, behave so rudely. It is possible that the company is counting on people who do not understand legal issues, to whom you can smile and hang on your ears, and then how lucky. I will add that when I asked Maxim about specific insurance cases, to which he answered me with the same thing - that there had never been such a thing in the American car company, this is all fiction, this does not happen. And I did not bring a specific plan of action to the example if during the transportation process the cargo is lost, etc. ... to summarize, communicating with the workers of the American car, I spent a lot of time and nerves and this did not lead to any result.

I bought a pasat for 14 years, turnkey 9200, it is important that we did not exceed the agreed budget. Repaired near Kiev, the minus is that it took time, waiting for their turn (about 2 weeks). In general, I am glad that I decided on a car from the USA, although I had to wait 2.5 months, they helped save money and I am only the second owner of the car. The manager Dima calculated the real budget and was always in touch, providing photos at every stage. I recommend the company.

I bought it on the recommendation of a friend, contacted the manager Vyacheslav, who offered options for a car, picked it up completely for all my wishes. The auction and delivery to the port took 2 months. I bought a jet. The budget that I calculated for the entire time did not exceed. The only thing she arrived at the port was with an additional scratch, but it was an insured event, everything was compensated for me. I did not regret that I turned to American cars, a turnkey car is very convenient and profitable.
