But after I bought a premium laptop, in which there was a dead battery (there is no fault of the store, then a specific sore of this laptop). The laptop was like a diagnostic for a week, they say, the controller was soldered (complete nonsense, then there were no traces of soldering inside). But this did not solve the problem, they said to wait for the battery, during the year I called once a month, and as if they heard it for the first time. As a result, I bought the battery myself, from China for 40 bucks, in fact a penny in relation to the price of the laptop. But such an attitude was strange for me, now, unfortunately, I cannot advise my friends, although before about 5 friends, according to my advice, bought from them, now I even have to dissuade.

Take into account the fact that when buying Apple equipment that it is gray, and under warranty, no one will do anything to you in official service centers. In my case: the earpiece began to wheeze / crackle (the main problem of AirPods Pro), Apple just launched the exchange program in time, but I'm flying over. So sometimes it's better to overpay;)

I am surprised at the comments about the nondescript store and the fact that not everything is in stock. Do you want a beautiful interior and exterior of a store, do you want a huge showcase, do you want sales consultants? Please shop at chain stores where prices are not the same as here. And Notepad will always offer a great price. And if something is not available, they will bring it as soon as possible. Checked on personal experience))) + guys are attentive, patient. They will help you choose, advise, if necessary! Verdict - an excellent store with the best price / quality ratio!

It is very problematic to return the goods if you lost the receipt, they take a very long time to return the money. I received the money a few months later, and even then with insults from the owner.
