There were 2 consultants standing near mobile phones talking to each other, turned to one of them, he replied that we unpack the goods only after the purchase. I turned around and left, I had to catch up with him to ask, what if not a worker. I caught up, says after the purchase, if not a worker, we make a refund. Turned around again and left in the other direction. Again I had to catch up with him to ask a question. The consultants in this store, as I understand it, do not care about the customers, just a devil-may-care attitude.

I would like to especially distinguish between a consultant and a professional in his field and just a very patient and good person, Valeria Marin, helped us to absolutely decide on the choice and solution of the problem, since the necessary model was not in the store, agreed to deliver from another city and plus a discount !! A very pleasant purchase for the New Year! Next purchase of a refrigerator, only for Valery! We wish Valery career growth and prosperity for Foxtrot!
