Never had a problem before. But this time ... I gave the printer for refueling, they said to pick it up at 2 o'clock. Came at 2.15, but they tell me: not ready. Me: you said at 2. The woman administrator told me: she said, but it's not ready, come at 4. At the same time, it is absolutely haughty and without any regret. I waited half an hour, watched as the worker who then refueled the printer walked back and forth with the words 'now', and then did everything in 5 minutes. 'Sorry' I never heard

Made a small upgrade to the computer. Although not as quickly as we would like. But quite quickly. I can note that they waited for me after the end of the working day, which is only a plus.

I do not want to insult or praise this controversial store. They help out, the equipment is repaired, but there are many, but: the equipment comes back to you in a terrible state, for example, they somehow handed over a laptop for cleaning, they returned it to us with broken fasteners! Now it looks terrible, but it works, although it doesn't work very well, but it works ..
