I only closed my account here because of this branch. The area is huge, there are many people, there is only one ticket office. There are constant queues and no one has done anything with this since the very opening of the department. The workers are in no hurry, but the management seems to have everyone in mind about this. I have never met a worse department anywhere.

Lots of people in the room and a cleaning lady with a dirty mop and water. Hot. 6 employees and 6 customers, 1 at the checkout 2 are waiting. What is so possible during quarantine?

The service itself by the operators is good, but the queues are a nightmare😑 And why is there no break time indicated anywhere on the site ??? It's not very fun to go to you, so that in the end you come just in time for a break 🤦🏼‍♀️

FOP service is quite good - so 2 stars. But inclusion is a horror! No one comes out when you press the button (which says that you need to press to get the employee out and help unfold the ramp). How to be those who are limited in moving up the stairs? Who is this new ramp for if it can't be used?

Clean and tidy compartment. Very convenient self-service area, there are several self-service terminals. At the box office, however, queues.
