The store is clean, well maintained! It's bad that he is a checkpoint! But it's good for trading! I don't like things very much! But I'm not talking about quality, but about style! But this is an amateur fashion! And so, no complaints!

From time to time I bought clothes at the Austin store in Sumy, usually there were no problems. But last time I bought three pairs of socks and six of them had three holes in them. Of course, this can happen in any store, so I asked the store to return the money for the purchased item. I was categorically refused, because the socks were not recoverable, and in rude form they were asked not to disturb them anymore. I reported that this rule applies only to good quality goods, to which the store manager did not pay any attention. Afterwards, I contacted the Austin Hotline, where I was informed that non-quality socks can be returned without any problems. They promised to understand the situation and call within three days. It has been over a month since then, but they are probably still investigating the situation.

The clothes are good, the staff are nice, thank you 👍 ♥ ️

Good choice of goods. I give a low mark for the service. If you come to the store 30 minutes before closing, then you will be reminded 10 times that the store is closing. There was a girl Anna at the checkout, very terrible service. I don't want to personally offend the girl, but the service is clearly lame in this store.

Good assortment. The staff is rude.
