Very unscrupulous. In no case do not buy a phone or other equipment here. They can slip a failed or idle one. For any questions about the service or replacement, they’re dragging on time, they say come tomorrow, then on Monday ... You can’t talk to anyone other than the manager in the store, they don’t give the phone numbers, they hide. They say they handed over to the leadership and solve the issue, but no one does anything, just answer come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. I bought a phone, it turned out that it wasn’t working at home. He brought it immediately to the store, they said they broke it or poured it themselves, although they did not drop it and of course they did not water it, they just got it out of the box. No scratches or the like. I went to an authorized service, brought after inspection from there an official conclusion that the factory marriage was not the buyer's fault. The service said they could well slip a non-working one. The store took the act and again nothing! No money, no phone. They say the question is being solved. Whoever solves the contacts is not given, they say wait another day or two until Monday, etc. Such a company must be dealt with by lawyers and closed so that people are not deceived.
