Is a regular customer of this store, everything always worked out. But somewhere in the last 2 months, going to the stationery department, I catch myself thinking that you should probably look for another store. Almost never !!! there is no rest and the seller does not even bother himself with this, if you need to buy something then run to the mall and look for where to exchange. Currently, small bills are not a problem - you go to the bank and exchange, the main thing is to have a desire.
