I ordered a tour to Greece from them, because of quarantine, I moved the tour to Turkey, chose a hotel, the manager said that tourists had already traveled to this hotel and they really liked it. Well, then, less than a week before departure, the manager informs that the selected hotel is closed until September. It is clear that the manager should have figured it out before ... Okay, I agree to the hotel that offers in return. We are flying, we had a good rest, but not what we expected. On the day of departure, at the appointed time, we wait for the transfer. The wait lasted 40 minutes .... I am writing to the manager, the hotel guide from the tour operator, calling the host. The guide is in full frost (Zakir), of course, this is not to sell excursions. The manager allegedly tried to find out something ... Thank God the transfer arrived after 40 minutes of waiting. .. Somehow, I didn't really like it, unprofessional approach ...

We have traveled with this agency twice already, for the first time, it was a 4-day tour by bus in Europe, "to get everything done, in the shortest possible time"))) I can describe it like that, we visited 4 countries, I liked everything, there were warm memories and the desire to come back again, thanks for the organization, we didn’t worry for anything, the manager Vitalina advised and selected the most optimal option for my husband and I. After half a year, we planned our next trip to Thailand, and decided not to risk it, we turned to an already verified tour operator and manager, we did not regret a bit, got a lot of impressions for very affordable money. Now only to them, without hesitation, I advise😉

Sent on vacation father, 63 years old. Today flew in (November 14-21, 2019, Melton Tiran Resort), full of delight and joy. And the sea is warm and the food is delicious and there was no wind (because the hotel is in the bay) and service. Well, a special thank you to manager Alla, who helped me choose the hotel and dates. We honestly chose and "boiled water" for more than a week, but in the end we were very pleased with the result. P.S. I wrote the review myself, I was not asked for it as in other agencies :)

Great service! The managers very expertly picked up the tour! Prices are lower than in other agencies! Definitely recommend it!
