We took a tour with my husband to Marmaris for 7 nights. Marina is an amazing travel agent! Since we have flown to Marmaris 4 times already, in general we first chose the hotel ourselves. When we turned to Coral, Marina suggested us another wonderful hotel, which we somehow hadn't paid attention to before, found us the optimal dates and time of departure, as a result we got almost +2 full days of relaxation on the beach and a wonderful hotel. What struck the most was that after our departure they did not forget about us. Marina clarified how we flew and even wrote to us before the flight back that the flight was postponed 15 minutes later. This is not the first time I have flown with different tour operators, but for the travel agent to warn tourists about the delay in departure back by 15 minutes (not an hour or two) this is the first time! On the day of departure, we registered for the return flight and sent boarding passes, wishing us a happy flight. Departures were on time, the planes were good, the transfer buses were on time and comfortable with air conditioning, surprisingly there was an adequate hotel guide who picked up a voucher and did not impose excursions. For the first time, relaxing abroad in a package tour, we felt protected. We are very glad that they turned to you and changed the travel agent. Now only with you on all our future trips!

I applied to this agency 3 times, I was comfortable with their location, I thought we would cooperate! .... and 3 times unsuccessfully, managers are not competent, constantly changing, and translating questions into each other ... 1. how can there be no burning offers in the travel agency, we had to contact other agencies where we were immediately offered about 20 wonderful options !!! 2. The tour operator stole my vacation for 2 days !!! at the airport sat 8 hours !!!!! nor representatives! no connection! ANYTHING! I came with specific requirements, managers did not hear me! 3. The same situation and 2 days ago! I asked to pick up options on Egypt for May for the company 2 and 2 + 1 person, hurghada and charm .... 2 offers !!!! 2 hotels !!!! and then ... only for option 2 + 1 ..... the choice was amazing! in another agency offer 10-20 options !!! With regards to the treaties you are covering, I have a contract and additions to it with departures that suit me! In fact, the situation is completely different, flew in the evening, and not in the morning to Turkey! and returned in the morning, not in the evening! as under the Treaty !!! I hope this is the only negative situation in your activity!
