Less because of insurance, fees for opening an account, fees for giving out money at the cash desk ... As a result, there is a complete negative because call-center employees are not able to convey complete and relevant information

In the department, it’s quiet, calm, clean, there is a queue for the only cashier in the number of 5 people (weekday 16:40) there’s a seat where there is a cooler with some water. The cashier is fast enough, so my turn came up after 10 minutes. whether the connection with the server is suffering, or the program for work is not successful (the employees do not have all the information displayed, on this occasion the cashier even apologized for the delay).
