I was not very pleasantly surprised by the service. Administrator Tatiana behaved rudely. To my request to bring a different size, the answer was: "I shouldn't bring anything, if you talk a lot, you will go." When a customer comes to a store for the first time, he must be informed about the rules in this store. But neither in the locker room nor in the checkout area was there any information that buyers, if the size did not fit, should dress again and go in search of the required size. It seems that employees are sitting at a bare rate without motivation and are working to LACK. I am very disappointed that in the 21st century, when there are many shops and crazy competition in a shopping center, employees act as if customers are coming to their home.

Nice store with interesting prices, but: 1) there is no electronic inventory of goods: when asked about the required size in the warehouse, the workers did not scan the barcode and did not give us information from the screen, but physically drilled into the warehouse for 15 minutes. Personnel "+", organization of work "-". 2) we haven't heard about the distance and mask mode here. At the checkout, they easily release goods to people without masks.

Things are top, quality is top, price is good. Recomend for everybody
