I would like to share my current situation with living in these apartments. I called and booked a room, and immediately asked me to give me a card number for payment, because I know that I need to make an advance payment. But not a word was said to me here. As a result, they sent me a message advertising their apartment. Well, ok, I think I'll call the next day, time still allows, I called again to clarify my reservation, they said everything was valid and that you would pay on the spot. As a result, upon arrival in Chernihiv, the administrator informs me that she changed my room because his reservation was extended by previous guests (without telling me anything and thereby putting me in an extremely awkward position). Yes, we were offered another room, but it was also smaller and extremely inconvenient. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place (((. There is a definite minus for organizing the booking process !!!!

Terrible service. Inadequate hostess. Reacts aggressively to comments. We settled in in the evening for two days, after a comment about the apartment, the next morning we were kicked out. Payment for two days was not returned. They cheat.

Wonderful apartment. Close to the center. The design is modern. Everything is thought out. I advise you to choose these apartments, you will not regret it.

Incredibly comfortable, clean, and comfortable. It was nice to hear the politeness and understanding even with a very late check-in, we had a rest from the road like at home. I recommend a great stay at the right price.
