Of course, I will not answer for all the reviews of other people that I have read, maybe there have been some cases, but regarding "getting through" - always without problems. I do not understand at all those people who leave a review that they did not get through. In any area of ​​service, you can simply not get through the first time. And this is normal, because you are not the only one calling. If we talk about the administrative warehouse, again I can say nothing bad either by phone or by visiting. Always friendly, polite, competent staff. Having visited the otolaryngologist, Makhno was very pleased with the prescribed treatment and the result. (Before that, 2 clinics could not diagnose me, let alone treatment). Just after visiting the ENT in this clinic, I decided that it was here that I would like to conclude a declaration with the family doctor for my whole family. My choice fell on Dmitry Valerievich Nagorny. He has been our doctor for 2 years. Special thanks to him for his care, attention, understanding and competence. I listen to the reviews of friends, colleagues and just acquaintances about their family doctors and I understand that my choice for this clinic and the doctor is 100% correct !!! Thank you for the Tesla service. P. S. But also a special thank you for the reminder of the appointment. I wouldn’t put it in the calendar and without a reminder from the clinic I would simply forget about the appointment !!!

She visited the center to consult an orthopedist. Doctors advised Kipu as a good specialist. During the reception, the doctor offered a service called "muscle testing", in which he - according to him - the only specialist for 4 years. He said that this is a series of visits, that is, you need to come several times. He said - 450 UAH per session, I asked how I can sign up for him for such a service, he said that I should call him at the phone number, make an appointment, and then call the reception and say that I am to see him. Pay him in the office, because this service does not go to the box office (!). If this service is really effective and official, why is it not in the offer of the clinic and it is necessary to get it by these workarounds? health was not decided. Looking for another orthopedist now. As a doctor, I definitely do NOT recommend Kipu. I put two stars in this clinic, because it has wonderful, transparent specialists who help me and my family. UPD: There are still no "muscle testing" offers on the website or on the hotline in the company's official price list. And the owner's first response was that he was deeply concerned and would conduct an official investigation. Then the tone completely changed and already edited: they say, the service has already been added to the price list, was under development and so on. I would know that they would jump like that, I would take screenshots.

A doctor was called to the house to a little girl of 1.2 years old. The doctor had a stethoscope with him .... that's all. Inspection made in the form of "listened". Ears, maybe? Maybe a throat? Maybe look at the skin ??? This was all voiced by my mother! Drink antipyretic and that's it .... What are the next steps? Maybe analyzes ....? In general, after such an examination, after such a consultation, I wanted to issue an invoice to the doctor, but not to the patient. Bad, in a private structure I first come across "such an attitude"

During my life, I have come across many private medical centers. I have never met such a sensitive and responsive medical staff, from the staff at the reception answering calls to the head of the department. I consulted a urologist and waited about a week for the nearest free time. The consultation lasted 1 minute. The doctor from the doorway said: tests + ultrasound. I left and did not understand: what did I pay for and what advice did I receive? It seems to me that the administrator could immediately report that he needed to see the doctor with tests, I would have done everything in a week.
