The work schedule specified at the entrance does not always correspond to reality. According to the manager of the hotline: "Bank employees can make adjustments to the work schedule due to technical problems ..... but we have no problems ... " That is, at any moment the door is locked in front of you and the bank's clients are not allowed in the hall, except for "serious uncles" who are good acquaintances of the management. Or start cleaning 30-40 minutes before the end of the working day, again closing the door, leaving a certain number of people in the queue ... Online registration for an appointment - why do you need it? You still have to stand in line for at least half an hour! And no one cares whether you are registered for a reception or just came from the street, a bank customer or a regular passerby ... Such unpleasant moments had to be experienced during the period of subsidy monetization payments, when using the services of the bank's cash desks. As for the design of the card - everything is fast, individually. The administrator and staff are happy to provide assistance and advice. There are terminals and ATMs, the mobile application works without any complaints, many operations can be performed through a mobile application or Internet banking, which simplifies the use of services and reduces the need to visit the bank.

Horrible service !!!!!! To make a card, the queue stood for more than 4 hours. One girl works. "Yours" climb without a queue. At a man, in time 20-25 minutes delayed. There are a lot of tables, and no one has to work.

The bank is reliable. To pay utilities from an ATM is considerable, there are up to three of them. Girls at the cash desk always help, whatever they ask.
