Horror ... the service, like the waiters themselves, is at the level of edgy children. 17 minutes by pressing the button to call the waiter, with an agitating call .. the administrator, over whose head this sound was often heard, decided to send the waiter. But this child, coming up to the table, did not deign to say hello, but immediately blurted out the phrase “I’ll be overwhelmed in a year” ... and bring tea or juice to questions ... the answer is one “mute” ... if the administration is not ready to receive a large amount guests, think about how to fix the situation. I strongly advise against 🤪

The menu on the tables (qr code) does not lead to the Ukrainian-language page. To my remark, the waiter just brought me a paper menu. I called the administrator, who made up various excuses, and in the end just said that he would pass it to someone there. No one apologized or tried to rectify the situation. I didn't want to put 1 star, but I was forced to break the law on the part of the institution due to my principled position, as the Ukrainian language is still present on the page.

Great entertainment center! Lots of fun, "room" for celebrating birthdays! There are also cool workshops and animators. Great food and even free internet🤤😍

Disgusting! Regarding the kitchen, the most edible is fries. Everything else is ugly. You also need to be able to spoil food like that! One waitress for the whole room. And not for the first time the order was waited for an hour. Water, juices for 30 minutes. I had to remind endlessly!
