Very poor customer experience. The staff feels comfortable when they laugh and mock the client. If you suddenly forget in this store your things from another store - be prepared for inadequate questions, jokes, mockery and even a search from the ill-bred security guy and shop assistant of the store. Do you want to return items bought at this store after such attitude towards the client? No problem, you will be forced to rewrite the return application form three times. Why? Because they have a RULES and you should write amount with a capital letter (example reason to rewrite whole form). Oleksandra will check this meticulously. They will be friendly only when they want to sell you something. They will take advantage of another situation to laugh at you. Not recommended for visiting.
