Employees of the bank, namely Chepinoga Olga Sergeevna behaved impudently towards me as a client. I went to the bank to issue a card. After some formalities, this woman started to laugh, because she saw something "cheerful" on the computer monitor. She began to show it to her colleague and they started to giggle over it together. I was terribly ashamed, because some of my data made them laugh. Laughing, Olga explained to me that when I last made out the card, someone wrote a mock word in my code password for the card. I remember that last time I also made out a card from Chepinooga Olga Sergeevna, and it seems she was joking with me. This is how the bank employees entertain themselves over unsuspecting clients.
