The situation is considered normal when a bank employee sends the wrong details for the transfer of funds and the director also makes the client guilty. Constant transfer of responsibility from one person to another, unflattering statements of employees about each other. Mess, in a word. Bank employees believe that customers should check the information provided by the bank, because, quote: "we are all people, and we can be wrong."
