Recently I bought a foundation and mascara (maybelin). When I opened the foundation, half of the contents simply leaked out, inside there was an orange liquid instead of a cream (the shelf life had not expired). I came to the store with a check, they called the manager, and in front of my eyes she opened the tester that was on the counter, it came out in the same way. To this, they all told me that, according to the law, we do not have to return or refund anything to you, they took my phone number and promised to contact the supplier, and if this is his fault, he will refund the amount or goods. As you might guess, this is where the story ended. According to the legislation, no one can owe anyone, but nobody canceled the human attitude. I won't come here again, buy at your own peril and risk. The carcass, by the way, was also dried up. I add: a couple of days after I left a review, they called me from the store and changed the spoiled cream to a normal one. All OK.
