There are always huge queues, there is nowhere to sit (several seats), it is impossible to pay / withdraw / receive even a transfer. A bunch of all sorts of problems - you must be a client of the bank, have a card, a phone and a few hours of free time. Even if you pay in the terminal, it does not accept some denominations of bills, it is not possible to withdraw the NECESSARY amount from the ATM, only large bills. In general, there is a lot of noise, no sense.
