Awful department with rude employees. The head of the department is something! Constant queues. Customers on the street wait for hours for their turn (and the queue is small) and all with 'gold' cards 😆. Card exchange takes up to 40 minutes. Nonsense! To exchange this card, you need to take a day off, because an hour is not enough for you, you really need a day. Often only one operator works. It's easier to visit another department - and you will spend less time and your nerves will be stronger.

In winter, stand outside waiting in line. I do not advise you to go here, especially in winter, to wait cold. And the line is at least 3-4 people.

Terrible customer service, you wait a long time waiting for the operator’s line, although there weren’t only 5 people waiting, there was one operator for the entire department, not only did they wait two hours near the department waiting for their turn, so two people came up generally called out of turn 5 minutes after they arrived. "nepotism"? - It is not clear.

They serve people for a very long time !!!
