When I opened the rulings, I saw that a person had been convicted who had the same surname, name, patronymic as mine (another date of birth and registration address). This convicted person was somehow assigned my tax ID. It turns out that the person is serving a sentence, and all fines amount to UAH 2,682.71. hanged illegally on me - the person who lives in other area of ​​the country and has no relation to this business. In this case, I am the third person to whom all court rulings have been overturned. As the executor explained to me, that in court my TIN was entered by mistake. Who will be responsible for this ???
