We were transferred to a minibus with fewer seats! And children, whose places are paid for 430 UAH! we picked it up. Further better .... back we ordered right there, since well, it happens to anyone, cars sometimes break down. When talking with the operator, we emphasized that we want 3 seats in front immediately behind the driver, as with a child and this is important for us! As a result, the wrong car arrives and the seats are free only in front of the driver. How to get there with a 5 year old child? I had to beg someone to move. In general, we are not your clients anymore.

Deceive our customers. We ordered Vito to return home from the sea. As a result, a sprinter arrived. There was a scandal over the hatch, halfway through the driver turned on the air conditioner. After I called them and asked to explain why this happened, they didn’t even apologize to me! Disgusting service. They say one thing is doing another. They called and said that if we go back and forth there will be a discount. The driver went into the minibus and said that he didn’t know anything and that we would be driving at full cost. I spoke in raised tones, said if you don’t want to pay the full price, leave. But all this was agreed in advance. Generally I DO NOT ADVISE.

Excellent carrier, clean, convenient transportation, operators agree on the time, the drivers are very pleasant. From the trip there were only positive emotions.
