Odessa International Airport

The airport has a brand new terminal that is very well organized and tidy. Easy to go around and find whatever you need. More shops inside would be beneficial for all.

All airport entrances are closed except one small door without any signs. Bus to the plane is not air conditioned, very hot.

The new airport is spacy, clean, and well planned. I can't be the same positive about the staff though. It seemed like not all workers are doing what they suppose to be doing. The lady at the baggage control was very helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were clean. It is important that all levels and rooms are accessible for handicap people.

Big improvement over the old airport. Really nice and modern. Very easy to navigate. Getting through airport security and passport control was painless. Everyone was very polite and professional. The airport has a couple of shops and free Wi-Fi.

New terminal is really nice and fancy. It has such great potential. But unfortunately staff are so rude and not competent.
